For many visitors, the standout feature of the GH V2.0 wasn't just its advertised 200 m/min rapid travel or 2.8G acceleration, but how smoothly and consistently it performed under pressure.

“We've tested machines that claim high speeds, but the GH actually delivers—with stability,” said an automation director from a German sheet metal firm. “Its welded bed design and the motion system felt solid—zero vibration during high-acceleration cuts.”

Built with an aerospace-grade crossbeam and powered by HSG's AlphaT Plus control platform, GH V2.0 demonstrated precise edge quality even in long production runs. Intelligent features like multi-sheet edge tracking and automatic slag removal were also noted by visitors as practical tools that reflect real production challenges.

TS2: A Smarter Approach to Tube Cutting

The TS2 made an immediate impression with its compact footprint, intuitive interface, and versatility in handling a broad range of tube sizes from Ø12–273 mm.

“We run both standard and non-standard profiles, and the TS2 handled everything we threw at it,” said a fabrication engineer from the Netherlands. “What stood out was the AI-based weld seam detection—it found the seams in seconds, which is a game changer for our accuracy and throughput.”

TS2's support for auto-loading, bevel cutting, and its HSG-X control system also drew positive feedback from attendees, especially those seeking automation without adding complexity. One systems integrator commented: “The interface is clean. It doesn't overwhelm the operator—yet it's powerful under the hood.”

Local Infrastructure for Faster Response

To ensure faster delivery and localized after-sales service, HSG has built a dual-warehouse logistics network across Europe:
