FABTECH Mexico 2025, the premier event for metal forming, fabrication, welding, and finishing in North America, took place from May 6 to 8 at Cintermex in Monterrey. The exhibition brought together more than 360 exhibitors and over 15,000 industry professionals across 18,000 square meters, featuring cutting-edge technologies and thought leadership forums.

As a key exhibitor at this year's show, HSG Laser stood out with a vibrant and interactive booth that attracted a steady flow of visitors from Mexico and across Latin America. Continuous live demos showcased the speed, precision, and intelligence of HSG's advanced laser cutting systems, sparking in-depth engagement and strong customer interest.

Live Demonstrations of Flagship Machines Draw Industry Attention

HSG presented two flagship models that became the center of attention on the show floor:

◆  G3015H High-Power Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Available in power ranges from 3kW to 30kW, this machine is built for high-throughput production. Equipped with a precision drive system from Japan and lightning-fast piercing technology, it boosts cutting speed while reducing processing time by approximately 30% compared to its predecessor. Ideal for heavy-duty applications in sheet metal and construction machinery industries. 

◆  TP65S Tube Laser Cutting Machine
Featuring HSG's proprietary digital chuck system, the TP65S offers adaptive clamping for various pipe shapes and sizes—including profiles. It is equipped with the HSG-LA4 bevel cutting head, allowing for precise 0–45° cuts and enhanced productivity on complex geometries with 3-axis interpolation. This machine greatly reduces post-processing needs while supporting high-quality, flexible manufacturing.

$3 Million Order Secured on Opening Day

On the first day of the show, HSG Laser signed a $3 million contract with GRN, a well-known local manufacturing company. The deal includes multiple sheet and tube laser cutting systems, along with automation components, which will support GRN's smart manufacturing upgrade across various production lines.

Jacob, President of GRN, remarked:

Local Service Team Debuts at the Show

HSG's newly formed Mexican technical support team made its official debut during the exhibition. Composed of engineers with experience at global laser brands like BLM Group, Amada Mexico, and Bystronic, the team is trained to deliver:
